How does it work?
At Contact Certification we build and send personalized communications, build the front-ends and create the necessary flow for your customers to validate their contact details.
1.
Customer accesses and fills in form with their contact details
The form can be accessed via a QR Code sent by letter or via a link sent by email (for mobile collection only in this case).
2.
The customer will receive an SMS and email with the validation OTP.
A code (OTP - One Time Password) is sent to the telephone number and/or e-mail address entered in the form.
3.
The customer enters the codes received into the form and validates their data.
When you submit the form with the codes filled in correctly, the verified contacts will be updated in your database.
