Our client is a financial services company that belongs to a large economic group. Since devising its first card statement, Contisystems has been there as a partner and ideas from both sides have made what is currently a huge success.

In addition to being a statement with lots of color and graphics, with the aim of providing the user with an easy way to interpret and analyze their expenses, this client wanted to use the attention that their customers dedicate to the statement to pass them commercial messages that are truly relevant to them.

The challenge was to make a self-service management of segments and messages, ensuring multichannel delivery, digital archive and availability to internal teams for customer support purposes. Thus, this entity, through its operational teams, manages to independently manage these messages, ensuring greater relevance and effectiveness of the commercial offer that reaches its customers.

In order to manage the desired segments and commercial messages, this customer has an area on the Contisystems Portal where they can define, with all flexibility, what they want to say and with what image, to which group of customers, in each statement they send.

And the result: Customer focus and continuous improvement in services

In more than 5 years of service provision, almost 40 million documents were generated, occupying more than 18TB of information in digital custody. With these personalized messages, this entity managed to provide each of its customers with the most relevant communication at all times, thus increasing its commercial effectiveness.
